A True Valentine

What better day than today, February 14 for the Lord to send a valentine to His Bride? What is a valentine anyway but a message from the heart. It is the heart of God for His Bride to know how much love He has for her. Sometimes, the love does not come as we expect - all wrapped up in lace with pretty red hearts on it but instead it comes as an impassioned plea for us to open our eyes to see and understand the love that He has for us. The eyes of our understanding are contained in our Spirit - those who have not invited the Holy Spirit to dwell in them will lack understanding. Likewise, those who refuse to listen to the voice of God, depending instead upon the knowledge of man, will not have understanding. So we need to look with the eyes of our heart and listen with the ears of our Spirit to understand the love of God in this message.
The Lord is about to expose the sin in His church - it is necessary for the spots of dirt to be revealed so that they can be cleansed and healed. As those in prominent positions are exposed it will open a pathway to allow a deeper indwelling of the presence of God that will bring us to our knees in thanksgiving and praise. The knowledge of man has exalted itself against the knowledge of God for long enough and will be consumed by the fire of His presence. His knowledge and understanding is eternal. Messengers have been sent and have been rejected that has caused a grieving of the Holy Spirit at the refusal of man to allow it's flow. Those who have quenched and rejected will see the result of their actions as the word of the Lord consumes us and the famine of His righteousness is revealed. His anger is aroused and the church must come to grips with it's sin. Knowing that He is Redeemer and Restorer allows us the hope of the future. May He redeem and restore as He brings exposure and healing to His bride.
Don't just stand around gazing into heaven or be caught slumbering like the foolish virgins but get ready! Keep your lamp lit with the fire of God inside of you! The sons of Gad (1Chronicles 12) were the first to cross into the Promised Land because they pressed in. I AM COMING, says He, I AM COMING! Prepare ye the way of the Lord and let the church arise to become adorned as His bride with the instruments of praise and the gifts of His Spirit!
